These terms govern your use of Telegram for HubSpot (“the App”), operated by Resonate. By installing or using the App, you agree to them.
The service
The App relays messages between a Telegram bot you control and your HubSpot account, and provides workflow actions to send Telegram messages. You are responsible for your Telegram bot, your HubSpot account, and for messaging recipients only with appropriate consent and in compliance with Telegram’s and HubSpot’s terms and applicable law (including anti‑spam and data‑protection rules).
Subscription & trial
The App offers a 14‑day free trial, after which a paid subscription is required to keep the channel active. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can manage or cancel billing at any time from the billing portal. Fees are non‑refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
Do not use the App to send spam, unlawful, or abusive content, to violate third‑party rights, or to circumvent Telegram or HubSpot rate limits and policies. We may suspend the service for violations or non‑payment.
Warranty & liability
The App is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resonate disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding three months.
Changes & termination
We may update these terms or the App; material changes will be posted here. You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time, which ends your access.
