Telegram for HubSpot (“the App”, operated by Resonate) connects your Telegram bot to your HubSpot account so that Telegram conversations appear in your HubSpot Inbox and Help Desk, and so you can send Telegram messages from HubSpot workflows. This policy explains what data the App processes and why.

Data we process

How we use it

We process this data only to provide the integration you configured: relaying messages between Telegram and HubSpot, running the workflow actions you set up, and operating your subscription. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Storage & security

Data is stored on infrastructure in the United States (Vercel, Neon/Postgres). Bot tokens and secrets are encrypted at rest (AES‑256‑GCM). Message content is relayed to HubSpot and is retained by us only transiently for delivery, idempotency, and short‑lived debugging.

Sub‑processors

HubSpot, Telegram, Vercel, Neon, Stripe, and SendGrid (transactional email).

Your rights

You can export or delete your data at any time. See Data & Deletion. Uninstalling the App from HubSpot triggers teardown of your connection and removal of your stored bot credentials.
