Data & Deletion

You control your data in Telegram for HubSpot. You can export everything we hold about your account, or permanently delete it. Deleting also removes your stored bot credentials and disconnects the Telegram channel from HubSpot.

Note: your conversation content(the actual messages) lives in your HubSpot inbox and is exportable there with HubSpot's own tools; this app only stores the routing metadata that links a chat to a record. Deleting your data here also cancels any active subscription.

Export my data

Download a JSON file of your account, connection, and conversation metadata.

Delete my data

Permanently delete your account, disconnect Telegram, and remove your stored bot credentials. This cannot be undone.

Prefer email? Write to support@resonatehq.com and we’ll process your request within 30 days. Uninstalling the app from HubSpot also triggers automatic teardown of your connection.
